LCH LSC intelligent centrifugal 6 holes 8 wells timed large capacity separator low speed centrifuge
The Whirl-pak LACHOI LCH-LSC Intelligent Centrifuge is a high-precision, low-speed desktop separator designed for medical and laboratory serum/plasma preparation. Featuring a dual-capacity design with 6-hole or 8-hole aluminum alloy rotors, it provides a maximum speed of 4,000 RPM
Description
Description
The LACHOI LCH-LSC (often categorized under the LSC-20H series) is an “intelligent” centrifugal separator built for reliability and ease of use. Unlike standard analog models, this unit utilizes an LCD digital interface to allow for precise “infinite speed regulation” and long-duration timing.
Constructed with a high-strength ABS shell and a vibration-dampening triangular structure, it ensures a quiet and stable environment for sensitive liquid-solid or liquid-liquid separations. Its specialized “diversion design” reduces internal temperature and noise, protecting biological samples from heat degradation during extended runs.
Key Features
Intelligent LCD Display: Provides clear, real-time feedback of current speed and remaining time. The digital interface allows for much higher precision than manual knob-based models.
Versatile Rotor Options: Available in 6-well or 8-well configurations, utilizing high-quality aluminum alloy rotors compatible with 2ml, 5ml, 7ml, and 10ml blood collection or centrifuge tubes.
Precision Timing & Speed: Offers a speed range of 0–4,000 RPM and an expansive timing range of 0–999 minutes, supporting long-cycle separation protocols.
DC Permanent Magnet Motor: Delivers smooth, maintenance-free operation with a focus on noise reduction (typically ≤35dB), making it one of the quietest units in its class.
Enhanced Safety Protocols:
Open-Lid Protection: Automatically halts the rotor if the cover is opened during operation.
Overspeed Protection: Integrated sensors monitor rotation to prevent mechanical failure.
Mechanical Door Lock: Ensures the lid remains securely closed during high-speed runs.
Stability & Durability: Features a metal base and high-suction rubber feet to prevent “walking” or instrument shaking, even at maximum relative centrifugal force (1920 xg).
Ergonomic Design: Includes a transparent PC observation window for visual speed detection and a frosted, anti-aging ABS exterior for long-term laboratory use.
