The set centers on three IKA Pette vario mechanical air-displacement pipettes, which are calibrated via a fully automated robotic process to ensure German-engineered precision.
Like all pipettes in the IKA Pette series, these models feature award-winning ergonomics. Each pipette comes with three exchangeable handles of different sizes and materials, allowing the user to customize the grip to their hand for maximum comfort during long pipetting sessions. The pipettes are highly resistant to UV light and chemicals, and are designed with an air-layer “thermal insulation” to ensure that body heat does not compromise volume accuracy.
