Whirl-Pak® Sample Collection Tools—featuring Swing Samplers and Sludge Nabbers—are engineered specifically for collecting liquid samples from horizontal flowing streams, including sewers, wastewater channels, and similar environments. These tools simplify sample retrieval, making the process faster, safer, and more efficient for field technicians and laboratory personnel.
The Swing Sampler head is designed to pivot, allowing the end of the sampler to swing naturally with the water flow. This unique mechanism lets users collect samples from multiple angles, including a 90° position, ensuring accurate and representative sampling even in difficult-to-reach areas.
For deeper or hard-to-access locations, the Sludge Nabber includes a durable aluminum pole that easily extends from 1.22 to 1.99 meters, giving operators greater reach while minimizing direct contact with the sample source.
